Working with a mix of exciting and forward thinking clients, you’ll be working on all paid media activity. The role

As Paid Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering paid media campaigns and strategies for our clients, working closely with the team to ensure we are meeting our KPIs and making a real impact and difference for the brands we work with. You’ll be responsible for monitoring performance across paid media activities, identifying opportunities and trends that will maximise budgets for clients, and presenting results and insights back to clients on a regular basis. You’ll have strong copywriting and creative skills, with an analytical, data-driven mindset, and be able to work on your own initiative to come up with creative ideas and bold approaches to paid media campaigns and strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching, planning and executing paid media campaigns and strategies for our clients
  • Creating paid media copy, static and video creative for our clients’ campaigns
  • Setting up our clients’ paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, monitoring results continuously, optimising campaigns, and working towards client targets and KPIs
  • Working on paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Spotify
  • Managing clients’ paid media budgets to deliver optimum results, including target ROAS and conversion rates
  • Delivering exceptional client service, developing extensive knowledge of your clients’ businesses, competitors and sectors to build campaigns that perform
  • Be the first point of contact for paid media queries with clients and the team
  • Completing monthly data reports on performance, learnings and recommendations and presenting these to clients

What you’ll have

  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in paid media in an in-house or agency role
  • Experience in setting up, optimising and analysing paid media campaigns on Facebook
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills
  • Experience working on multiple campaigns at one time
  • Experience in B2C / eCommerce paid media is desirable
  • Good understanding of which platforms drive the best engagement and response for the campaign objective with the target audience
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign and video editing software is desirable
  • Experience in setting up, optimising and analysing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid channels is beneficial
  • A passion for digital and paid media
  • You’ll be able to spot opportunities, go above and beyond for clients, and find new ways to deliver bold and creative campaigns
  • A qualification or degree in media, marketing or similar would be beneficial, but not essential for the role
