The details

Launching as a new permanent recruitment app-based job board for social care, Social Jobfindr asked us to launch their pilot campaign across web, paid advertising, social media and content. With the challenge of there not being a face to the brand, we had to come up with a strategy that would still build engagement and resonate with people on a human-level.
After testing and learning from different content styles, we focused on building community by engaging with those in the sector creating content around their role and building relatability between them and the solutions the app looked to resolve.

The results

> 757 downloads on Google Play from paid advertising
> 38% website traffic from organic social media
> 144 leads generated on site in 5 months
