The details

Spatial Future wanted to expand with their new design and build service. After identifying the demand in the market across Warwickshire and the Cotswolds, Rewind Creative developed a new brand identity to encompass both their longstanding architectural experience and their new vision for self-builds and renovations.

The strategy

We carried out a multi-channel launch across PR, social media, personal brand and paid advertising, securing tier-one coverage in Homes and Gardens and high-quality lead generation from PPC and organic social campaigns within the first 2 weeks.
Following the launch, regular video content days were carried out on-site to capture project progress, client testimonials, along with FAQ and vlog-style content with the team. This was part of our ongoing marketing strategy to deliver authentic, organic content across the website and social media channels and build a community with their target audience of homeowners looking to renovate, extend or build their own homes.
Building on the existing brand reputation, we launched personal brand strategy and management for the Managing Director, creating content around running a design and build firm, and everything that comes with this, speaking to peers and professionals in the industry. Actively engaging with others in the community, we successfully built up his LinkedIn profile, achieving over 8,000 impressions per post within the first month.
For lead generation, we provided full PPC campaign strategy and management, resulting in a consistent flow of 10-12 leads per month, with projects valued up to £1.5m and a 50% conversion rate on inbound leads.
